Together with The Integral Group Limited who developed training systems and business process improvements, my role was to design and develop an online repository of critical information for MAF personnel to access at critical times.
read more...The system had to be easy to use for end users as well as maintain information contained there-in, so a link between a complex backend facilitating document management and accessibility & usability was my contribution to the project.
As well as the development and design of the Knowledge Management system implemented, associated technical drawings and branding materials for training and development purposes were designed by me.
